LHA Property Services is looking for an experienced plumber to support our maintenance team in providing property refurbishment and a day to day repairs service.

We are happy to consider either part time or full time hours for this post. 

In return, the successful candidate will receive an excellent remuneration package.

Including:

  • a salary of £37,700 full time per annum  
  • a pension scheme with 5.7% employer contributions 
  • and a holiday entitlement of 40 days per annum.

Key activities include:

  • To carry out plumbing repairs and replacements within reactive, cyclical and planned maintenance.
  • To assist with the provision of adaptatins for Lochaber Care & Repair clients.
  • To operate within a computerised work planning system, of which, full training would be provided.
  • To work out with the scope of your trade within reason to assist others in the team as and when required.
  • To act in accordance with with corporate policies including but not limited to Heath and Safety and Data Protection.
  • Carry out inspections of properties as instructed by the Supervisor.
