Void Property Repairs West Argyll
£26,402 – £30,764 per annum
Permanent 37.5hrs per week
Mon – Fri 8:30 – 4:30
Argyll Homes For All are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Joiner to join their Void repairs team based, covering property’s across the West of Argyll.

• Good general knowledge in joinery
• Experience in 1st fix, kitchen fitting, window fitting.
• Applicants are required to work in some tenanted, but primarily void property’s carrying out general building repairs
• Basic Disclosure Scotland check
• Full UK Driving Licence
