Assistant Asset Officer

We are looking for a highly organised and experienced administrator to be part of a busy office environment supporting the Asset Management function of the Association. The role requires self-management of delegated and ad hoc tasks, co-ordinating workflow to meet demand to ensure the service runs efficiently and smoothly. You will be used to managing many competing priorities on a daily basis and have excellent customer services skills. 

This is a permanent position of 35 hours per week. We offer an excellent benefits package including 40 days’ holiday (including public holidays), company sick pay, a defined contributions pension scheme and ongoing continuous professional development opportunities.

Starting salary of £29,086 rising to the top of the scale at £33,419 per annum.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To support the administration function within the department with recognised duties - including but not limited to; telephone enquiries, incoming and outgoing correspondence, minuting of both internal and external meetings and managing appointment diaries.
  • To prepare and/or issue general model letters for Asset related matters.
  • To lead the administration of our stock condition surveys.
  • To assist with the management of system audits and processes within Asset Management including the provision of reports.
  • To lead in the administration of our estate management programme.
  • To be responsible for collating information and assist in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • To lead in the completion and recording of customer satisfaction surveys for the Associaiton's work and activities.
