What to expect

As a key member. The Enterprise Solution Architect within the Service Management and Enterprise IT Domain will be part of a large team in supporting some of the large Enterprise systems covering Finance, HR Logistics and Supply Chain.

In this key role, you will be leading architecture and delivery of one or more change programmes across the organisation. Providing technical support to 11,500 Locations across the country.

This is a technically involved role producing solutions design supporting the design authority as well as overseeing solutions provided by third parties.

With a strategic mind-set you will be involved in guiding our strategic direction with our business stakeholders.

As a key member of the team, you will help to build an overall technology roadmap and as part of the Change programme, guide architects and the development team on Story and feature solutions. Producing HLD/Blue print guidelines and reviewing architecture artifacts before submission to TDA.

You will also be reviewing LLDs form third party to ensure they align with Architecture Steers.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • A track record of in leading the implementation of architecture solutions for Large Organisations
  • Expertise in Enterprise Intergration API Gateway, ESB and Data Intergration Technologies
  • Expertise in Architecting digital and multi- channel Technology Solutions covering all Layers of Tech Stack
  • Experience with Retail systems POS and Branch Devices as well CRM e-commerce and Web content
  • Experience of Mobile and Web Application development
  • Experience of layered architecture, microservices, API driven approach
  • Experience of implementing Identity and Access Management architectural patterns
  • Expertise in systems integration patterns: batch, web services, service buses, etc. particularly in relation to multi-site retail environments.
  • Experience of enterprise mobile, mobile stack development, big data, machine learning or artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Experience of selecting and implementing Retail POS devices
  • Good understanding of PCI-DSS compliance challenges and approaches, e.g. P2PE, tokenisation, etc.
