An opportunity has arisen within the Medical Records Department for a full-time Clerical Officer in the Patient Focused Booking – PFB section.  The successful candidate will assist in the processing of referrals from Primary to Secondary Care, the booking of outpatient appointments and the booking and preparation of the pre-operative assessment clinic.


We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual, with a flexible proactive approach, and works well as part of a team. You should have previous experience of working in a busy office environment, able to demonstrate good keyboard skills and have a general IT aptitude.  You will need to be well-organised with the ability to work to deadlines. You will also require good attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.
