Large guesthouse in the centre of Fort William is seeking a versatile, conscientious, reliable and confident individual to assist with the day-to-day running of the business - assisting with serving guests at breakfast, helping with administrative duties and afternoon reception.

Guisachan Guesthouse is a large guesthouse in central Fort William, which has an excellent reputation locally as well as a high ranking on review websites.

The ideal candidate will be an outwardly confident individual with the ability to work effectively as part of a small team run by the owners, alongside other colleagues to provide outstanding customer service to guests from all parts of the globe.

The guesthouse operates from March to November, and commands high occupancy levels, especially during the peak season from May to September, and therefore requires a high level of organisation and professionalism, as well as stamina!

A hands-on attitude is required, as there are many different tasks that need to be completed on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the guesthouse.

Working hours will involve some early mornings and evenings, but we can be flexible, depending on availability and suitablility for the various roles involved.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a small hard working team in a happy working environment which goes a long way toward giving guests a positive experience of the Scottish Highlands.

Initial contract will be for the remainder of the summer season, but a permanent annualised hours contract is available for the right person.
