The successful candidate will work between housekeeping, breakfast waiting and serving in our Public Bar. Bar work will be dependent on having a personal license or willingness to obtain one, therefore the majority of working hours will be in a housekeeping role.
Experience in housekeeping is not essential since training will be given however you must maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel, following the strict Health & Safety protocols that we have in place.
During housekeeping shifts you will be responsible for cleaning 6-8 rooms, rotating laundry, etc. There are two floors within the hotel (no elevator) therefore applicant must be physically fit enough to be able to work at pace, going up and down stairs between rooms and laundry.
Must be able to work well within a team aswell as on your own.
Good customer service skills will be expected if waitressing breakfast or working on the bar.
Live in accommodation is available. You will have your own room and bathroom.
