We’re looking for a Programme Manager based out of our Lomondgate site.

What you’ll do:
Manage a portfolio of NPI’s, ensure adherence to schedules, and hold all levels of stakeholders accountable for their commitments.
Oversee governance and compliance of all aspects of product delivery and lifecycle management across multiple product lines.
Accountable to the business case sponsors for the reporting and assurance of critical KPI metrics and appropriate escalation of risk to business case achievement.
Ensure the protection of business sponsor interests by identifying, assessing, and managing risks throughout the product lifecycle.
Maintain relevant aspects of communication platforms through the NPI lifecycle.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
Experience working with project management tools, methods, and best practice knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Business and commercial acumen
APM / PRINCE2 or other recognised qualifications are advantageous.
Capable of effectively managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Persuasive communicator (including the ability to listen and take advice)
Decisive & results-driven with track record of holding others to account.
Self-driven, motivated, and Resilient.
Successful project delivery of product introductions in a commercial environment.
