We’re looking for a Programme Delivery Manager based in Glasgow to successfully manage and deliver Aggreko’s Technology Services project portfolio.

What you’ll do:
Work with stakeholders to develop plans for budget submission.
Support the development of the technology roadmap and identify opportunities to shape future projects.
Support project initiation to develop high level blueprints.
Improve the pace and success of delivery using more agile approaches where appropriate.
Provide programme health and status reports to sponsors and relevant Steering Committees.
Ensure risks and issues are tracked and appropriate recommendations made.
Promote and act as a role model for Aggreko’s values.
Manage Project Managers and ATS delivery teams providing leadership and support.
Manage team resourcing, balancing demand and supply while building capability.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
A Programme / Project Management qualification is desirable.
A strong track record of delivering complex technology programmes.
A strategic planner, able to manage complexity and inter-dependencies.
A strong leader, able to influence and have a positive impact in demanding environments.
Able to motivate and drive teams.
A track record of developing people, teams and capabilities.
