Shellfish Pond Worker/General Operative

We're looking for someone to help in our award winning shellfish business in South Ronaldsay, Orkney.
You'll be operating as part of our team and individually, collecting scallops from the boats and delivering them to our ponds, weighing them in and recording the weights.
On marketing days, grading, checking, packing and palleting them and delivering to our hauliers.
You'll also be supporting our fishing boat, picking up and delivering supplies and helping in general. Some relief work on board is also available to qualified individuals.
This can be a part time job or as many hours as you wish above the minimum of collecting and despatching the scallops etc which tends to be around 25 hours per week.
Requirements
You'll require basic numeracy skills, a full driving licence and flexibility in your working hours as our divers work whenever the weather permits.
