Lochaber covers over 2,000
square miles in the West Highlands of Scotland.
It is an area of great diversity - the seclusion
of the Small Isles, for example, contrasting
with the busy tourist centre of Fort William.
However, above the variety there remains a
distinct region, long recognised as Lochaber.
