Description:
Reporting to the Reservations Manager this position is responsible for ensuring the accurate daily input of group reservations and rooming lists into the Reservations System also covering Reception shifts during annual holiday leave. Ensuring that all standard procedures are carried out within the Reservations /Reception Department smoothly and efficiently. Handling all reservations enquiries and bookings in the correct and professional manner to ensure accurate information and Guest satisfaction.
Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar reservations or reception role, Good computer skills are needed for this role, for example, Word , Excel and Outlook. The ideal candidate for this position must be flexible to work and have good computer, telephone and general communication skills and like working with the public and be committed to making the guests feel special and providing excellent customer service.
