Description: To work as part of the maintenance team covering the areas of reactive, planned and cyclical maintenance. This will involve working within tenants’ homes, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications: Qualified to City & Guilds or equivalent level

Term: Full Time Permanent

Pay: £23896 per annum

Hours: 09.00 - 5.00 Monday - Friday
