What to expect

Our Postmaster Onboarding team play a vital role in ensuring our new Postmasters are given the best introduction to life at the Post Office during the Onboarding process.

You will be responsible for producing quality management information for the onboarding journey as well as the compliance for our Smart ID and Vetting processes. You will manage the information flow in our system to understand how the team are tracking and monitoring against the agreed performance objectives as well as ensuring we are compliant in meeting policies, HMRC regulation and Data Protection.

Stakeholder engagement and customer service are at the forefront of what we do and you will receive full training as well as GENUINE career progression within the team and wider business.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for Customer Service and a great telephone manner. In addition you will possess: 

• IT literacy ideally with Microsoft packages
• Good analytical and data management skills
• Experience working within an Administration role
• Experience working to set deadlines
