Responsibilities:
Responsible for introducing and managing the lifecycle of mobile energy storage products.
Execute Aggreko’s growth strategy in the Energy Storage space within the rentals market.
Work together with engineering and procurement teams to build good relationship with suppliers.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to introduce products to the business.
Advise on product retirement to make sure Aggreko’s fleet is constantly optimised to match market demand.
Maintain a broad understanding of industry trends and market drivers.
Create, maintain and manage product roadmaps.
Coordinate the development of business cases, including gathering market intelligence to generate user requirements, for fleet optimisation and new product development.
What we’re looking for:
Knowledge of energy storage systems, renewables, and hybrid systems
Leadership experience, preferably within the rentals industry.
A good balance of commercial and technical experience.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Strong cultural awareness.
