Administration Officer

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Administration Officer to join our Orkney area team. This is a full time, permanent role based in Kirkwall.

THE ROLE
In this role you will provide administrative support to the Orkney area team, including the area manager, becoming the team expert on a full range of systems and processes. A high degree of initiative and discretion will be required when dealing with a variety of operational tasks, including dealing directly with clients and organising events. The post offers the opportunity to fully integrate into an HIE area team undertaking an important administrative role.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in administration and excellent customer service skills, who’s well organised, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle a busy and varied workload
