McLaren Tractors a succesful farm machinery dealer are looking for a Part Time Accounts Administrator at their busy depot in Dingwall.

Responsibilities: -   

Answer phone and deal with customer enquiries.

Process suppliers invoices on accounts software, ensuring that they are properly authorized.

Manage petty cash and raise sales Ledger invoices and receipts.

Daily banking and postage.

Register vehicles for DVLA.

Keep records up to date for new and used machinery.

Office adminstation duties, including filing.

                                          

                                              

                                  

Requirements

Person Specification-  

A good standard of education relevant to the position.

Understanding of agricultural machinery.                      

Confident in liaising with internal and external customers.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Current driving licence.

Administrative and finance background.

Experience of working within finance and accounts for at least 2 years. 

Knowledge of IT and computer based accounts systems.

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

A willingness to learn new skills as systems and needs develop.
