We are a registered social landlord which provides homes for social rent and sale across Oban, Lorn and the Isles.
We provide accommodation for both families individuals with particular needs and we have an ongoing development programme for new-build housing and refurbishment.

There are around 250 registered housing associations operating in Scotland. The term "registered", when used about a housing association, indicates that it has been formally accepted by the Scottish Government as having standards and aims which are acceptable to them, and is therefore eligible for funding for the construction and improvement of housing. We are funded by its rents and through a combination of Grant Aid from the Scottish Government and private finance raised from building societies, banks and other sources.

We have homes across the Lorn area and the inner Hebridean islands, a fairly widespread area which presents many challenges in terms of providing affordable housing and ensuring the provision of a quality housing management and technical service.

We:

Provide a repairs service that is available 24 hours per day, 365 days a year;it;
Carry out cyclical maintenance work on our properties
Upgrade properties including heating, kitchens and bathrooms;
Carry out external improvement work and grounds maintenance
Provide help with benefits
Provide options for other housing
